Volunteers requested

The Arthritis Research Centre of Canada (ARC) would like your help to test an online program to help people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) make decisions about using methotrexate as a treatment. The program, designed to help you take charge of your healthcare, is called the ANSWER Project. ANSWER is short for Animated, Self-serve, Web-based Research Tool.

You may be eligible to participate if you:
  • Have been diagnosed with RA
  • Have been recommended by your physician to use methotrexate, but have doubts about starting the medication
  • Have access to the Internet
  • Live in British Columbia
  • Can communicate in English
Before and after using the program, you will be asked some general questions about your health.

Any information you provide will be completely anonymous.

You will receive a $25 gift certificate as a thank you for your time.
