Over the past two weeks, ACE has sent a letter and arthritis backgrounder to every NDP and Liberal candidate running in the upcoming provincial election. While not every candidate has chosen to respond, we are very pleased that the personal responses we have received have been thoughtful and shown concern about arthritis treatment and care in BC.

Arthritis is a disease all too often ignored or misunderstood by governments across the country. Candidates who have taken the time to respond to ACE's letter and backgrounder deserve our thanks.

To date, we have received personal responses from these candidates:

Nicholas Simons — BC NDP candidate for Powel River-Sunshine Coast
Robin Adair — BC Liberal candidate for Sanich South
Leslie McNabb — BC NDP candidate for Comox Valley
Mo Norton — BC NDP candidate for North Vancouver-Seymour
Janice Harris — BC NDP candidate for North Vancouver-Lonsdale
Harry Bains — BC NDP candidate for Surrey-Newton
Bill Routley — BC NDP candidate for Cowichan Valley
Kam Brar — BC NDP candidate for Richmond-Centre
Deborah Payment — BC NDP candidate for Surrey-Cloverdale
Shane Simpson — BC NDP candidate for Vancouver-Hastings
Diane Thorne — BC NDP candidate for Coquitlam-Maillardville
Jordan Parente — BC NDP candidate for Vancouver-False Creek

Please click on the list above to view the responses. As more candidate responses come in we will continue to add them to the website. Please check back often.
