Staying active with arthritis in the digital age
Tell us how you monitor your physical activity.
Heard about Fitbit? How about exercise apps? A new study is recruiting people with any type of arthritis to find out how these physical activity trackers can be used to help people to stay active. No experience with these tools is necessary to participate.
The study is called ‘Arthritis care in the Digital Age’ and is led by Dr. Linda Li of the Arthritis Research Centre of Canada. Researchers will hold focus groups in Alberta and Ontario.
During the focus group, we will present some of the most popular online physical activity trackers. Focus groups will be held in July and August at a time and location that are convenient for participants. A small honorarium will be offered to all participants.
For more information, contact Jenny Leese, Research Assistant, by email jleese@arthritisresearch.ca or Toll-Free at 1-877-871-4575.
