Reminder: Tell us how RA Matters to you

RA Matters is an international project aiming to explore what matters most to people living with RA. Using online crowdsourcing to invite participants, RA Matters asks questions about relationships, activities, work and aspirations, in order to reveal the most important aspects of day-to-day life. RA Matters aims to elevate a global conversation that sheds light on what those with RA really want and – ultimately – help them live the best life possible.

But crowdsourcing is not the only innovative aspect of RA Matters – participants and other users (such as RA caregivers, family and friends) can also interact with the data gathered, helping to build a greater understanding of what matters most. With ‘real-time’ visual depictions of data, users can select to view answers to the RA Matters questions from different populations, showing what’s most important to a particular group.

RA Matters has been developed by Lilly with input from an online consultation of RA networks, as well as insights from leading international experts, including clinical, academic and patient advocacy representatives. This has enabled the development of a first-of-its kind digital platform, which brings to life the very real challenges, experiences and ambitions of the RA community.

By answering the RA Matters questions and encouraging people to explore the visual data, you too can be part of this hugely important global conversation to raise the expectations of life with RA. Take part in the survey here.

The survey is open to people currently living with RA, and those treating RA, in eight countries: Canada (both English and French speaking Canadians), France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.

Note: Arthritis Consumer Experts’ (ACE) participation in RA Matters is free from influence from the sole funder of the project (Lilly). Given the survey content was developed in consultation with international arthritis community leadership, including ACE, our scientific, medical and consumer advisors approve of this activity given its potential educational value to people living with rheumatoid arthritis.
